I have always been fascinated with furniture. So, after obtaining my MBA in 1995 from the University of Utah, I began researching the furniture industry focusing on design, materials, craftsmanship and finish. I designed my own line and then contracted with furniture engineers to construct and build prototypes and production designs.

 In 1999, I founded Pilling Furniture because I wanted to wholesale a level of quality I couldn't find in the furniture market. I then developed High Line Billiards because I could´t find the quality I demanded in a pool table. My factories use state of the art manufacturing techniques. Pilling Furniture products feature solid wood construction, a 12 step finish, dovetailing, ball bearing metal glides and High Line Billiards tables have hand carving on most tables, heavy duty metal brackets and extra table bracing.
